DIBS is an intentionally inclusive, access and equity championing, intersectionality supportive, racially acknowledging, sustainable organization. We are multi-generational, diversely abled superstars.

Our triangulated partnership includes three individuals who identify as female and non-binary,  CDE certified, a doctoral candidate, and multiple Public Administration master’s degrees. Executives and leaders in the hospitality industry, convention, and visitors’ bureaus, financial and insurance industries, local, state, and federal governments, court, and justice systems, 0-20 educators and social and family work specialists.

Additionally, DIBS co-founders identify as African-American/Black, diversely abled, cis-gendered, heterosexual, nonbinary, queer, and poly-identifying.  Our personal and professional experiences brought us together, and we engage in trauma-informed, interactive, reflective practices.
