Global Experiences & Perspectives

All three members of the DIBS Collaborative team infuse their own robust and distinctive zest of expertise, talents, experiences, and skills into their DEI approach. Combined, the members of the DIBS Collaborative team have direct global experience in Asia & the Pacific Rim [South Korea, Philippines, Japan], Latin America & the Caribbean [Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama], Europe [England, Italy, Czech Republic], Canada, United States & Territories [Guam, Puerto Rico]. Courtesy of the ever-changing nature of work—virtual or not—DIBS Collaborative team members have delivered professional experiences across international borders to partners in Africa [Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt] and India.

Proudly, the DIBS Collaborative team members are from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, allowing them to connect with multiple cultures through informal and professional engagements personally. The team's composition includes individuals of two or more races and ethnicities, including Black Indigenous People of Color [BIPOC] and White and/or Caucasian. Our organization's rich tapestry of racial and ethnic diversity—paired with each member's global experiences and professional backgrounds—positions DIBS Collaborative in a rare position to provide culturally humble DEIAJ training, workshops, and strategic planning from various perspectives.

DIBS Collaborative professionals hail from multiple generations, diverseability, geographic areas, gender identities, sexual orientations, and more. DIBS Collaborative's unique approach provides its clients with the tools, strategies, and tactics necessary to recruit new employees, retain current employees, and ensure that the whole workforce is engaged. DIBS Collaborative team members' application of their identities allows them to relate their professional and personal lives to the organizations they serve, with an understanding that intersectionality is at the heart of diversity.
